Anthem Merrill Ranch is a 3,400-acre master planned community located in Florence, Arizona that includes the Parkside Family Community as well as the Sun City Active Adult Village. Hadley Design team members have been involved in every aspect of the design of the project. We have master planned the project as well as completed detailed lotting and site planning. Our landscape studio has been responsible for the path and trail master planning and landscape architecture both on a community wide and parcel basis. In addition, our team assists with the “branding” of the community creating sales maps and marketing graphics for the community and the Pulte Homes/Del Webb Team.
