Saddleback Heights is a 6,000 acre master planned community entitled for just over six thousand units. Mr. Hadley has been involved in every aspect of the master planning, design and entitlement of Saddleback Heights since 1998. The project includes a range of residential uses, resort development overlay, town center overlay, community commercial and mixed use development. Is ia comprehensively planned community that is shaped by the natural features of the site and designed with awareness of appropriate preservation of existing terrain and vegetation.
Given its proximity to Saddleback Mountain, Lake Pleasant and the vast amount of public open space that surrounds the property, Saddleback Heights is envisioned as an environmentally sensitive, desert enclave community with a resort lifestyle theme. This identity and vision is emphasized by the design of a continuous desert and mountain open space system that links diverse residential neighborhoods, commercial uses, a potential Town Center site, resort site(s) and regional mixed use development. The community may include as many as 3 championship golf courses, which will be designed in concert with the natural setting.
